  • Job Summary: 

    An Account Manager has the ability to act as both the salesperson for the agency and as the client's representative within the agency. The most important task in account management is to design a well-targeted brief that can be the making of a great campaign. While the work varies depending on the agency, account managers are normally responsible for client budgets, for managing the work of account executives and performing a range of related administrative functions. The ecommerce manager will also lead the agency's ideas presentation, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the timeframe and budget.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    •    Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
    •    Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.
    •    Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
    •    Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
    •    Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.

    •    Negotiation and value-based selling skills

    Qualifications:
    •    Open to graduates of any discipline
    •    At least 1-2 years of experience in account management

  • Job Summary:

    A Media Manager will serve as the media planner and media buyer for our clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    •    Responsible for developing media strategies to deliver results in accordance with our client’s business objectives.
    •    Ability to implement the media plans as approved by our clients.
    •    Daily monitoring of our media campaigns to ensure that we’re meeting our KPIs.
    •    Ability to determine the factors to further optimize the performance of our current media campaigns.
    •    Regularly produce reports that will show the performance of our campaigns.
    •    Provide insights and analysis based on the factors that lead to the performance of our campaigns.
    •    Ability to determine opportunities that can improve the performance of our campaigns.
    •    Accurately project costs and anticipate the financial results of plans both for the company and the client.
    •    Constantly be updated on the latest trends, best practices and new developments from various platforms related to digital media planning and buying.
    •    Liaise with partner publishers and suppliers for campaign requirements.
    •    Adept at communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
    •    Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team and other involved departments to ensure that the client’s objectives and requirements are met.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    •    Must be knowledgeable in digital and non-digital marketing
    •    Willing to continuously learn to cope with the fast-paced evolution of digital media
    •    Keen interest in handling reports, data, and numbers (i.e MS Excel, Charts, Graphs, Powerpoint Presentations, Keynote Presentations & Google Slides)
    •    Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration.
    •    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data-driven recommendations.
    •    Proficient in English (verbal & written) to be able to communicate with the company, clients, partners, and suppliers.
    •    Excellent organizational, time, and self-management skills

    •    Have a basic knowledge to navigate through different ad dashboards and platforms:
    o    Google Adwords
    o    Meta Business Manager
    o    TikTok Business Manager
    o    Linkedin Campaign Manager
    o    Google Analytics, etc.

    4-year course graduate in the ff fields:
    •    Advertising
    •    Media
    •    Mass Communication (willing to work with numbers)
    •    Integrated Marketing Communications (willing to work with numbers)
